First -- New baby George. This blessing is causing some delays in the restoration project but it is worth it.
Here is the list of changes since April of 2014
1. Fixed the fuel system -- problems with carburetor overflowing.
i). Replaced float in the carburetor
ii). Re adjusted needle and seat.
iii). Added a fuel regulator.

2. Fixed the crack on the exhaust manifold.

3. Added a new radiator fan for additional cooling.

Those guys were extremely helpful. They told me to take a carb cleaner and clean the needle and seat.
After adjusting it about 20 times I was finally able to get it to work.
